great staff - friendly and helpful. location is convenient for accessing the gondola to Meribel in less than 10 minutes. the hotel provided a good base for skiing and the food at dinner was delicious. the spa was a nice touch - although it had limited hours and often ran out of clean towels. I particularly appreciated the staff going above and beyond by offering a free lift when we missed the last shuttle.

Their own parking garage with about 6 spaces was a bit awkward to manoeuver in.

View from the room (lack of), very high up window in a basement room, but to be fair, we did select the cheapest room rate available.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice little balcony overlooking the river. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could be better with more variety and lower prices. The bakery nearby offered a better selection and value for money.

Great value for money and conveniently located near a free shuttle. The spa facilities were a lovely bonus after a day on the slopes. The warm and cozy atmosphere was perfect for a romantic getaway.

The food was a bit lacking in variety and may not be suitable for vegetarians. The rooms were smaller than expected, but still comfortable enough for a short stay.

The first room, faced onto the river. Unable tosleep due to the water rushing Upgraded to a room at the front of the hotel no problem after that.

Our ski break was fun and we enjoyed the great location of the hotel with easy access to the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty. We particularly appreciated the sauna and hot tub after a day of skiing.

Friendly relaxed comfortable and good location for ski lifts

Staff is very good and polite, if you need something just ask and they will try to do the best. this is small and very cody hotel.

No WI Fi in the room, only in lobby, no facilities for ski storage and maintenance. A little bit far from cabina lift. If you travel by car, it is ok, if not you have to find a transport to get to the lift.

Located in the center of town, this hotel is convenient to rental shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, but the view of the nearby river can be noisy. The bathrooms have good water pressure and hot water. The breakfast is basic and the staff is helpful.

The spa facilities are outdated and not well-maintained.
